Deel is done, but a lot are going to deel competitors. People don't realize that sending wires to a lot of countries, specifically mid east and african countries, is not as simple as plugging in the details and letting the bank handle it. Bank wire and crypto is not an option for large portions of the market. Deel's advantage was essentially local payments world wide. You can't replace that with bank wire.
