Disliked{quote} You are playing a videogame. Your payouts are coming from the lost challenges. Ignore what is written in the server name. "Demo", "Live" or anything else is just fake stuff. They could have there something like "Server 3 - We are here for you money" or "Server 3 - you suck at trading". This is as valid as anything else. Finotive even has "Live" in their challenges. Do you think they put money in real market when you are doing phase 1 challenge ? Focus in doing good trading and which props are paying and don't spend energy with this demo...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Deel ? Which prop ? Are they not having problems with Deel right now too ?Ignored
Disliked{quote} A case like this could very well take months to resolve.Ignored
Disliked{quote} MFF and court know when they want to resolve. IMO, this would take until september to see for us. Until then whatever we write here is not going to be correct.Ignored
Disliked{quote} When ever regulators especially in north America goes after someone there is no return unless you have billions of dollars to pay as kickbacks. Look at all major banks and firms like goldmans sacs every one is doing some sort shady forex cartel but always gets way with profits in dollars and fines in penny's.Ignored
Disliked{quote} MFF appointed Lawyers are expensive I believe. A wise businessman will not spend un necessarily on Lawyers for loosing cause. If not worth fighnting, MFF would be moving by now to open HO offshore. What do you think ? I am just logically thinking.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Well wise man needs to spend money to avoid criminal or jail time. CFTC may take away every thing plus adds fines. So this case is not just for survival. Going offshore is not easy as it seems and now its too late. They can't go offshore without any judgement.Ignored
Disliked{quote} He will open offshore in his son's name FMM and not MFF. ha..ha... And jail term ? As long as underhand dealing is wiped out in western world ( also ) .. I assume what you say may happen. I mean jail term. And if that happens, all prop firm CEO 's will find same rules, i mean jail term. Having seen the world ..i bet nothing of that to happen.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Well again until judgment passes they can't easily use family members name unless they live in some other place , location or different last names. CFTC can turn this case into fraud case like barnie madoff which can be processed as criminal case. It is sad but good prop firm is screwed because of stupid regulators.Ignored
DislikedIs MFF the unique firm down, or some other in the our top 5 suspended registrations of new clients? FTMO and TFF unique props to stay away from US/CA/UK?Ignored
Disliked{quote} All thse may not happen. The expensive Lawyers will find solution.Ignored
