Second leg is faster ABCD H4, thrust down as well, that indicates those targets will come soon.

yes indeed, with this daily and weekly close. Once we set a new low daily channel is broken and it opens more room to south. I m just thinking it might provide a bounce for me to reload.

Expected to wait until later on this new month to put in a position, the reasons I put in my journal. We might come back up, but i expect history to favour seasonality - Lower we go (I hope!).

EU surprisingly closed bearish this week fading all the move up it started at Tuesday from 1.0782 threatening now it's lows at 1.0765 and if that last support breaks it will look to find 1.0733/1.0700 and 1.0667/35. Resistance is at 1.0880 and 1.0945.

Weekly volatility (range) - 93 pips

Significant news - US Factory Orders MoM, US Trade Balance & US Initial Jobless Claims.

Daily chart with 10, 50, 100, 200 ma's and monthly support & resistance levels

Thank you for the clarification. Do you know how I can obtain the spread data for EURUSD over a specific period of time? Since we are discussing EURUSD, I believe it's important to have this detail. Is there any official site I can take a look at it?

My situation is that the broker claims the spread was high, which led to a stop out. How can I provide evidence to the contrary?

Again: A lawyer can (try to) solve this issue by collaborating with broker's regulator.. you can't...

By the way, the closing price of your order can already be seen on your Account History tab on MT4.. To get the "claimed spread" value, one can simply compare the closing price with the actual price via M1 chart at the exact time of closing. On M1 chart you must find that one candle that belongs to the exact time of closing. That candle will give you the highest price and lowest price at the time of closing. If closing price is not in the range of that candle's high and low, the difference is probably the spread. If spread is higher than let's say 12 pips, your broker is likely to be a shady one. In either case, only a lawyer can deal with such.

Additionally, from what I know, Metatrader does not store historical spread data. If I am wrong and it does, then refer to one of the coders on Forexfactory who exclusively post here: https://www.forexfactory.com/forum/69-platform-tech. Maybe they can code a simple EA for you that fetches the past spread data for a given time period.

Pending short at 1.0800. TP 1.07300. Then my bear joy will be complete. If I am not sure of anything, I am sure that those equal lows at 1.0765 will be wiped down. Secondly, monthly pivot is 1.0873 which coincided with Friday's daily pivot. Price spiked to it on Friday and took dump. Let's finish business down here.

EU is trying to find its feet after Fridays drop, a break at 1.0765 should target lower levels mentioned at weekend. 1.0833 should hold.

Daily volatility (range) - 42 pips - US Labor Day holiday - there will be not enough volatility

Trading plan.
Sell aiming at 1.0730-00.
1.0820 and 1.0840 if I am lucky.
Probability of reaching 1.07 has increased substantially, technical bounce from there is also highly likely.

Quick Weekly Outlook

  1. 1.0782 area is key support for this week.
  2. Since price almost always moves in zigzags, this flow is not going to complete my shark that soon, so I expect a rise that aims to retest the outer rim of the big ellipse: 1.10xx area.
  3. However, to achieve that, bulls firstly have to break above 1.0890...
