So many bulls that want to see EU up today, I guess I should protect my position here and get ready for a next possible entry if that one busts!

Agreed, market sentiment's bullish for EU today. Safeguarding current position is wise. If it shifts, potential reentry strategy in place.

Today is very similar in terms of timing and buy stops still waiting to get triggered, right now still so high, back to 14 buy stops waiting

Thankfully, still in Ranging Heaven, so another move to the mid-highs at least, is probably in the works. Would be good if bears don't shift those ranging levels downp before enough TPs hit ! Even just a couple of pips shift down is much much more in positions.

That said, well, you know the drill , buy stop 0810 TP9
If I don't mention SL and/or TP = longer-term setup possibly in the works!

In murky waters(indecision/choppy/sideways/or as I prefer it, Ranging Heaven), in lows is a great place to close a short, and in highs, a long. Or just tighten our SL and perhaps there will be a pleasant surprise.

+7! Now back deep enough in today's range, without going too low = less chance of a new low, bingo (big news time completely erases all of the above)!!

Definitely another pop to clear some stops.
For me the big buying starts at 1.0730-00, I think it will go lower but not without a sizeable bounce.

Just well for me, it's easy to fish a short position nowdays at EU instead you deserve more credit, buying in short timeframes in this market is very hard, well done.

I still hold true to my analysis. We are currently in the mentioned red zone and the bulls have reacted to the channel TL.

Imo it would take a Luke Skywalker amount of force for the bulls to break above... but he did destroy the deathstar so anything can happen.

Imo again, there isn't much for the bulls to hold onto and the bears should reassert the trend soon.

I am still short from 823 and may add to my position if challenged.

It's actually not that far away.
On the other hand, I treat June's breakout level for the 20some days 400+pips and new high, where price is right now(in its highs (07 being its lows)), as a barrier. So the lower price is in this level, the more the chances it will break.
But again, much could happen in between. This might be bears limit, like during last two main corrections, and early 07 might not be reached.
But if it does, and with a great countertrend setup + immediately followed by a longer-term trend setup = even better!

That's another thing I love about this place and all of you. We can have different entries, views, etc. and yet, still all manage to do good+be good to one another.

Thanks mate! And of course, in such a downtrend, I can't consistently take long setups in the way that I've been sharing..
Speaking only for my own trading, myself : But even in a trend, choppyness makes for more countertrend opportunities, some of which can be held in case of a reversal. The flatter the range, the more both my longs and shorts are alike. But I prefer to share one side all the while tryinig to share enough as to reflect the whole of my trading, but without limiting my much needed playful spirit. When something becomes automatic, it becomes lifeless. Sprinkle some laughter in there, and it becomes somewhat alive again, albeit a bit Frankenstein maybe

I believe it will break lower and lower maybe even 0631 (trend change) but not without a proper bounce first.
Will do some buying together of course!!
