Not sure from here we are back to todays starting channel. Weekly still hasn't had an acceleration of a BO so it's possible we maybe in this area for a LT consolidation.
ST possibly a little higher but bears would be wary creating a right shoulder of a H&S pattern. Asian session may actually have some liquidity. Unsure so covering my trade.

Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. As some of you remember, I like to keep track of the flow of candles that had been wandering inside the second ellipse. A few days ago, candles finally stepped out of it with a mildly bearish slope.
  2. Bull's concern should not be that candles drop out of ellipse. What is more important is the current bearish pressure that somehow keeps candles below the dashed trendline despite the fact that bulls tried real hard to break above it yesterday. (weekly resistance level interfered and sabotaged bullish efforts). I still would like to see a strong breakout to the upside though (scenario 1) but somehow MM's and data are both delaying this wish. Therefore, bulls must stay alert but also be patient!
  3. 1.0833 area has become my new "extra" support because 1.0888 area (i.e. the most recent breakout level from bigger ellipse) didn't support good enough. Candles are now trapped between these levels and we need a fresh breakout. Until then, we probably will watch pa drifting in a sideways fashion.
  4. Long story short: As long as 1.0833 area acts supportive, I will look for bullish signs and keep buying dips.

bull should try to defend 0845 area and of course 0833 0825 are also important. Then if this is the case and we break above 0870 we should fly higher

EU recovered yesterday but it faces strong resistance between 1.0890/1.0930. Support comes at the lows. Watch any previous levels EU has memory - 30 min chart.

Daily Volatility (range) - 47 pips

Significant News - US Initial Jobless Claims, US Durable Goods ...

... and also today jacksons hole symposium starts even if powell speaks tomorrow we should watch for any fed officials.

Looking at the daily time frame, Using the andrews pitchfork tool, I can assume that we are bullish on EU, Price has taken liquidity and at this moment, momentum is to the upside. Look how price the fork outer line is catching the tail of the bullish fratal bar..... This session will tell us , especially with alot of EU news tonight

On the 1hr timeframe, look how we may possibly have potential sells, and price is currently ranging meaning that for London we can expect EU to move, a nice expansion possibly, FOr buys lets see how price acts around the pitchfork's median lines,

15m chart we see a solid demand zone is still holding however look price is near a washline and these important events leave scars behind. We see buyers failing to make a higher high which put into doubt if the demand zone indeed is strong. All early sellers will get taken out as we have formed equal highs and remember that market makers need fuel or liquidity to get their positions in the market. let's monitor price
