The price should change direction in 4H. This hasn't happened yet, which can take us to 1.08450. It should close above 1.09360 in the first step. 1.0970 is an area that had no reaction to it yesterday & fell. There was no return or correction. Check structure & break in 4H.

EU bounced from around 1.0880 as many expected but the fall didn't over yet only above 1.0960 EU can rise to 1.1000/10 below it is still a bearish scenario towards 1.0854/33.

The previous pattern hasn't yet completed the final target. The price can return to the PRZ zone. The market returned from the possible price of 1.08760 (it was an important price), but if the 4H structure doesn't show a trend change, it can return to the PRZ zone.

Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. No matter how much I didn't want it to happen, 1.0881 area (i.e. previous resistance area and bullish breakout level) has been retested! Will there be more to come? Time will tell...
  2. As long as this supportive layer holds, I will try to buy dips.
  3. Bulls have to break out from the main bearish channel if they want continuation.

On red news 1.0900 should give up and later the odds are with the US so most probable the price will test yesterday's low. Only 30 min before the close of the candle

This pa does not give bull any confidence.
We remain below 1.0932 and 1.0955, this could mean another attempt at the lows, I have H1 Bfly buy at 1.0860, I will be adding to longs if that is the case.

€3.3bn worth of options sitting at 1.0930 - 1.0940. This usually would be the cap. Price might linger here for that option expiry and then take a good dump to 1.0860 area. I am currently selling. TP 1.0870.
