DislikedDecided to kill two experiments with the same stone lol. Took a 0.01 trend entry and in case it went the other direction I would try a 0.01001 hedge: {image} Well, it did start to go the other way and made a countertrend setup as well. So I tried to make a sell for 0.01001. It closed the initial buy entry even though the entries amounts were technically unique. Since it was a good setup I immediately made a sell entry since the other two canceled out: {image} So I kinda got robbed some fractions of a cent LOL. I also now have ruined my ongoing win...Ignored

It looks quite impressive and accurate in these examples: {image} Do you have any backtest or report of it? Disliked{quote} Mixing hedging and cost averaging is 100% doable, but you shouldn't think of it as "risk-free" money management (there is no such thing). I believe this is a good starting point: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MU_I6F8UsY The trader uses both hedging and cost averaging, with support and resistance bounces/breakouts on the H1 timeframe, account splitting, high leverage. I was thinking this style and philosophy may deserve its own thread, it would be total.
