Good Morning everyone,

Isee on my chart that descending channel's top is hit now on hourly. Fake breakout I'm smelling... FOMC is getting closer, sooo its risky now:
Short here TP 1.10 and below somewhere 1.098 SL 1.11 ... but I'm putting SL on BE as soon as some bullish formation appears.

Meanwhile, on H1...

  1. Bulls could not overcome sell pressure yet and environment is also still bearish...
  2. I am watching rim of ellipse: 1.1075/80 area and with time passing this resistant level is curving up along the rim of ellipse!
  3. As long as bulls can't get back into the ellipse, bears could take over soon and push this down for new lower lows..
  4. Careful when buying, don't rush!

1.1060 would be good for adding longs, targeting 120 pips at least.

given 1060 holds and bull breaks 1086 then 1120 is minimum target.

however fed day, might be volatile

I am looking at H&S H4 target and also the target of bounce from weekly 38.2 fib support, both combined point to 1.1178.
Only then we will find out if we are getting another leg down on D1 as that level now is 61.8 fib resistance.
1.1088 is neckline for the pattern.

I slightly updated my weekly view... If this works out 1.1160 could become the best selling area for crazy profits.

*Newbies should not change their short term/intraday plans because of this.. Only for long-term!

This might fly today and tomorrow. Closed most of my shorts and put a positive SL for the rest above 1.1100. Let's see how it goes.

Current pa looks more like a bounce rather than continuation to 1.14. Will have to see more.
I am expecting from 1.1085 to 60 and then to 1.1178.

The nearest target I can think is at 1.1040 from there (if it reaches the level) I'll protect my order bringing to break even.
