Although big 12H bulls lost their high powered beginnings over 5months ago, they might still have a chance to finally gain some of that back, if most determining resistances of the year, 6 and 3 months ago, becomes support, where we are at this moment. I take that and other factors, like my other shared insights, into strong consideration when trading. Context conText context around a setup, and/or vice-versa, and/or, of my life , of course:

USDX D1: we are @ strong resistance, overall still in down trend channel

USDX H1: gap @ 50% fibo is now closed and there was rejection on this level, price sits in up triangle for too long, so up triangle pattern is invalid

EURUSD D1: we are @ strong support (price could touch 1.10 while spike move or don't touch at all - we are in proximity), we did HH and this could be LL, overall this price level (50 - 61.8% retracement) is good to buy if you believe that trend will continue (there is greater chance that it will continue).

EURUSD H1: On downside we are still in retracement/pullback channel, I would like to see consolidation similar to that one @ around 1.12 which started retracement. I believe that tomorrow we should see spike onb both sides (temporary above upper band of current channel and then spike towards 61 fibo/1.10 to trigger SLs from that longs)

EURUSD H1 A/D: I see bigger bullish divergence and most importantly we are back in consolidation box!

Meanwhile, on D1...

For tomorrow, I still expect some bearish spikes and finalizing pressure. I anticipate a bullish comeback only if the white egg gets broken. Until then, bears have the upper hand, especially while candles flow inside the egg.

In other words: Don't rush dear bulls!

Alternative D1 Outlook

  1. Bullish channel still intact! Pay attention to: 1.1030 support area...
  2. Any extra drop makes 1.0937 area a "last resort" for bullish support!
  3. Overall, the trend on D1 is still bullish, but we don't know exactly when and with how much force bulls will kick in.
  4. Long story short: Careful whenever you are selling!

My bias for the week.
We recently broke out of a bullish trendline, retested it and bounced. There is a very high probability that this week will close bearish (a long candle).
I also think this month will close bearish with a target of 1.07340. We had a Candle that took out the highs and lows of the previous candle on daily... What that signifes is a serious resistance has been created on daily and a major drop is coming. We have two main events that would propel the drop. FOMC AND ECB this week.
My advice, hold on to your sells and ignore the buy button

in lower TF, monthly(yellow) should hold Sup, daily(white) should go into low range and sideway then break previous day high, weekly(blue) is future Res.
for now, follow the daily LHLL with caution, best trading style for this stage is scalping OS/OB.

EU is bearish, it must beat 1.1087 so it can rise at 1.1109 resistance. A break of 1.1020 will open the road for 1.0976/1.0943 but watch the 1.1013/1.1000 zone!

Bulls can get ranging the best, a rate rise is bearish for the EU but a dovish language later from Powell will help it reach higher levels. I also expecting the ECB and final the Fridays US PCE numbers to make a conclusion if I can. The week is just starting In a bullish scenario (should be a correction) 1.1200 is a good target.
