I think i have this one wrong, looking at H4 this looks like a minor abc correction down , might still be able to get an entry long

Maybe this is the solution because sometimes i trend trade and sometimes i trade impulse waves within a trend , i guess there is a technical difference between the two.

H1 major trend (which is formed from intermediate up and down swings) is up or if you like H4 minor

H1 is currently in an intermediate down swing.

For the uptrend to resume we would need to see the H1 intermediate down swing reverse to up via h1 minor swings.

From the point of view of trading impulses , the H1 intermediate down swing has made three small swings up, indication that is a correction with the downswing so i think an impulse down is imminent for now

Hope this helps , apologies for changing my view but market evolves and im trying to adapt with it.

EUR/GBP (4H): the price is now consolidating at the resistance.
If the current support is broken, we may see a downward movement towards the 0.85900 area.
Confirmations: 'Double top' pattern, Breakout + lower low, Correction + lower high.
