2)There are many ways to check for volatility, and a 1min setup is the hardest to spot just like that.

Simplest way = look at previous candle, how does it compare to previous candles. Now look at the candles after the

See which of the following candles are prevalent. See the following doji, wee how the next lower close < low is so much smaller than the last (:44).
Notice the buyers taking over with growing volatility(engulfing candle+oppositeBO). Ensues the attack of the :44 high before a new low, which gave weight to the potential for a reversal . If that, the morning star, or other confirming sign does not happen, I am out very early. Also, the bigger picture, which I shared alongside that post, about the 13th low attack, is taken into consideration, and one of the reasons why I am going for outrageous looking TPs. Of course, I take smaller TPs, which are too dynamic to share.

Trade the minimum at all times.
Some of the very few that have followed that advice which I have incessantly shared throughout the years, and to various levels of learners, are the only ones still trading to this day. I hope you will be one of them Badbunny.

BadBunny, maybe 5min and > charts would be easier when getting into volatility, then you can gradually scale down, as your observations slowly get sharper and quicker. After spending some time with candles alone, check out keltner channel and my past posts and charts in the last 2 years... if channel widens, narrowing + atr ups and downs... a lot to observe, learn from observations from past movements..

Regarding your first question, are you referring to the level a which it would definitely be at BE?
