Thanks a lot mate, I was telling myself the same, I made a journal to write exactly what I should do psychologically and I revise it everyday, Also I started realizing things day after day and learning from pro traders that trading mostly about understanding yourself and the market and be completely unbiased. there is a lot of cognitive biases every time I notice myself drifting from the narrative and chasing down pips that the probability is low for them to happen.
