i'm newbie when it comes to currency pair movements, i mean the effect of one to another. i have a question, let say the value of US dollar get stronger, while Euro gets weaker. does it mean the pair EURUSD will fall down? if plus sign(+) added to minus sign(-) then it is equal to negative(-) .is it applicable to the currency?
