Definately.
Spotted the oncoming breakout coming on several pairs, so I halted trading one hour before NY open. I think it was a good call, but have left a lot of good opportunities the past ~1.5 hours.. This style of trading can be pretty fomo triggering, and it's nature can quickly lead to overconfidence!

Excellent because there is no perfect trader or system and each Trader must find his / her own solution, my excuse is age.
But I do like alot color and structure in my life and soul.
