* The word SELL i really dont like to hear since the last 6 month.

IF price come back to my 2 areas i will buy it. IF didnt come back i will update to new plan based on what i see .

Good day, EU is bullish after the ECB promised it's going to raise two more times the interest rate to 4.50%. I expect a setback first and then rising to 0985/1000. 1.0900 should hold or a deeper correction will come.

My crazy price prediction for today

As I said earlier yesterday, I can't in good conscience buy at current levels so I am looking for sell targets today.
Based on weekly levels, the first real support I see is at 1.07333. The next support after that is at 1.07081.
The last support for the week is at 1.06819(my target).
This would mean that we could have a very mean bearish engulfing candle today and probably close the week bearish.
Risk comes from not knowing what to do

But you can still buy in bad conscience. All things are possible.

To end the week bearish, it would need to drop more than 200pips today, indeed a crazy price prediction.

The fact that we are trading above 3rd resistance on weekly (technical driver). Price needs to enter normal levels again

101.96 is the support for DXY.

1.0965 - 1.0975 and maybe upto 1.0985 is the Resistance for EURUSD.

Well I don't see possibility of that long sell again, more like a sell retracement down to 1.08373 region and an up continuation to 1.1 region

Meanwhile, on H4...

  1. Bulls tried to climb one notch higher but for today 1.0952 area says no!
  2. A retest towards 1.0901 area seems possible...
  3. Overall this whole up move is still a simple correction but as mentioned earlier, it is an artificially extended one.
  4. If bulls attack 1.0952 area, my next resistance would be 1.0974 area..

Price needs to retest 1.0925, 1.09 and ultimately 1.0867.
These can be used as short term support.
Keeping an eye on the news feed as some profit taking should take place.

Eu may try to take out stops for third time and reach 1.1000. For me its better to trade from the new week again. Let's hope it doesn't this time
