What is the excel code to find the day high and low of the previous day(including an time adjustment for mt4 broker time variance). When using mt4 data in excel.

You can not get the previous day's high and low using the DDE only the currents day. Have a look at the DDE-Sample that came with your mt4 installation. It can be done but you would have to get creative
