Good morning, EU dropped at 0690 and bounced up again, but I see no power in this move unless it rises above yesterday's high and I most think that the bears have the advantage yet, but the market is ranging waiting for some news, the volatility is 50 pips range and later in the US session US Initial Jobless Claims is the most significant release on the calendar to watch for more.

Meanwhile, on H1...

Waiting for bulls to move their butts... While candles open above 1.0708 I prefer hanging out with bulls..

Next I want to see what happens around 1.0718 area... if it breaks, my next resistance level is waiting around 1.0740/46 area...

The 1H candle is struggling to make a decision, but the 4H and 1D candles do support the bull forming structure for the moment.

If this 1H candle brings a new high and closes above @ 07250 there is only upside for EUR for this week; only the info news could make the difference!

Bulls are trying but no gas in the tank (no stimulant)... I stay out since it looks like it is better to wait on sidelines until some action kicks in.. Zzzzzzzz...

0670-0740 is 70pips, 0740-0810 is also 70pips

update 0810 is also where 100dsma is. If we are going further down in the long run best to retest 100d sma and also monthly pivot around this level.

Guys don't you think that we have trend change confirmation on EURUSD to UPWARD?

USDX:
- I initially assumed that 3 days ago we should continue to the upside after pullback, but I won't happened

- D1: we tested bottom of upward channel

- H4: we breakout from downward channel + have 2 price rejections to go lower, we have some kind of megaphone (trend continuation), I doesn't look like bear flag

In short TM we should get (very small) gap close on USDX and then EUR should go higher (1.08)?

The longer there will be no breakout to the upside on USDX, the greater the chance that the euro will go higher

EU moved some pips and with some luck it can reach 0750 or 0780, I am not very fun of the bull yet just following this correction up.

Meanwhile, on H1...

Still waiting for action... Bulls have the upper hand yes, but no motivation... Bears have to break out of circle first therefore nothing bearish for me yet... Maybe later we can check again...

I am marking 1.0717 area as nearest support...
