no signs of bullish activity. Yield spread is running down. I see two support (yellow lines) where price might stop. As long as we are in the down channel, i will look for shorts.

Harmonic patterns are a very good way to predict these moves.
I expected some move due to price being so low, monthly support 2 pivot.
Today was debt ceil vote.

I believe that the catalyst for this pullback was this news: "Fed’s Harker: Fed Doesn’t Have to Hike at Every Meeting "
So I was again tricked that the price should go down after wedge invalidation, but in fact, this move turn to be fake and I am starting to worry about part of my shorts (especially those below 1.06600

It depends...You have to see if we get bullish engulfing H4, in that case retracement will be a bit more extended, if not don't worry too much. Even if it is more extended most likely will come a bit lower to form CD leg.
Those shorts were a bit too low for me especially when you have patterns like the one posted.
I am pretty sure you will be fine.

I have a target 106.55 on this retracement. (I think)

Unfortunately, I had a lot of longs well above the current price (bad money management I know ), normally I wouldn't think of shorting so aggressively on that level, but they compensate for possible losses.
So if we get a bigger retracement it would be good for me, because I will try to cut my losses on longs and continue shorting as high as I can (+ benefit from positive swaps for shorts). The most important thing for me to know is if we stay in a downtrend to 1.05 and lower levels (maybe you wouldn't believe it, but I also have a lot of shorts from 0.95-0.96 from September 2022 and I still hold them :O )...

have the same resistance level on my chart.

We managed to close the day back above 200d ema ( last day of the month also).

above that 0705 and 0740ish should probably be tested and bull will need to take down those levels if they want further up from the lows.

don’t get me wrong, it is still bearish but daily it needs to close below 200d ema for sure to trigger further down.

support 0685 for now.

Checking pa, bear set up to start, resistance present 0745 and 58. Likely breakout up ok. If breaks up and hold 0758 then only a tiny bull may start next. Take care
Ranges 00682 to 0704, 0794 to 0655, 0655 to 0745, 0745 to 0671, 0671 to 0758.

Good morning, EU did actually the retrace I was waiting for from the lows of 1.0636 big horizontal level, but watch this correction may extend further at around 1.0725/50 at least. A failure could see it near 1.0600 or below. Jobs will be in the news today just some hour after the us open and I expect EU to move 47 pips.

THERE is horizontal resistance around 1.07... ..needs to break that by about 10 to 12 pips.
