playing extreme , reaction low , but may worth watching breaks 0710 and 15 to start a correct . if breaks 0719 then may resistance 0734 watch level !

Apart from the fundamental stuff... some technical indication on the DYX.
On Friday the DXY formed a nice pinbar with the trend. This is a high probability continuation pattern! Although for today a cross (indecisive bar) will be formed (possibly), that will not invalidate Friday's pinbar.

In the EUR the pinbar did not form perfectly and ended up a bit crooked. However, since the DYX is the master... we should take note of it.

Meanwhile, on H4...

Quick check on channel flow: 1.0725 area is key resistance for tomorrow... I guess either a quick drop to 1.0666 and then a bullish breakout from channel or maybe direct bullish breakout from channel... Time will tell, but in the meantime, please also mind the MACD double divergence!

shared similiar view here Ata, mixed signals received and of course yesterday was a bank holiday so it is expected that there wil be limited action.

however without breaking the channel, no bull!

tested trendline again and failed

now both 0725 and 0700 tested.

Short term support:
1.0671-64 and 1.0651 good for profit taking and scalp long with tight stops.
First level has H4 confluence.

EU is looking at 1.0670 first and must stay below 1.0725 for that or it will stay in a range, in the news US CB consume confidence is the most volatile new and today's range should be 46 pips.

so 0760 limit intact to bear continue , daily doji not stopped for any correction . till 0680 fakeout level as of before tl test . now 0701 limit up for further down for next level support around 0667. though a bear continuation , it should prove consistency / hold , like 0680 breaks and hold type for next level play will proceed . risky both plays , more bounce , less bear just . so range down ! take care

bear continues at 0684 , so at the end of the new leg , a correction towards 0701 likely , 0ver 0694 amust up for further down , either below 0682 or 0666. so 0694 and 0701 to be targeted for scalping purpose and to sell next time .
in short as h4 tf , h4 close 0685 and 0712 competition running to decide , close below 0685 will continue bear and over 0712 will more bounce tries !

I see the same too, looks like a real break! After 1.0670 first I'd like to see a retrace to 1.0684 or 1.0700 before more down to at least 1.0646 - weekly range.

Edit: of course we can see 0700 before 0670!

I hold buys I didn't close when in profit. Below is my chart this morning. If price dips below 0680 I will add another buy.
