Hey guys, i've been following this thread for about a month now. Amazing information here. Thank You cpfleger! I just have a question about the Fisher indicator that was posted by cpfleger. i've noticed it repaints, does that hinder the outcome to trading profitably? How can i work around this? im not too familiar with repainting indicators but i know they work. Just need some advice on how they work.

i hadn't realised how impressive that report was until you described it this way so thanks for your interest!
it allowed me to take a critical look at it and where i'm at with it now
that report was from my demo account and ran from the beginning of october when i first discovered KoF up until i posted it which was not long after finding this thread on 29th december 2022 - so 3 months!

i then started focusing on my live account and only used the demo account to continue development of my risk and money management, it had served its purpose in terms of trading strategy and things continued going well into january and february but the pace slowed right down as it picked up on my live account...

then in march i dropped the ball due to over confidence with some badly managed trades and the demo account took a hit - but it was also a great opportunity to refine my risk management techniques and money management protocols under margin call conditions - in the end, the trades got stopped out by broker at greater than 30%, in reality, i would of had phone calls way before and most likely would of been auto stopped at 30% had i taken no action - one valid action i could of taken was to top up the account which would of saved the trades and kept them in a floating loss that i could of managed because price turned around not long after the trades were closed, or obviously i could of closed them earlier for a smaller loss, regardless, the account survived and remained in profit...

it was a valuable lesson, and since then i'm building it back up again, but at a slower pace as my live trading remains the focus, so i hope that doesn't deflate anyones dedication, it certainly didn't deflate mine and it made me more resilient as a trader, the demo account will continue to be a valuable tool in my live development...
the positive outcome of that bad situation is that my demo account is still healthy and ready to fight another day which IS the primary goal, and i maintain my record of never having blown a demo or live account after countless
trades and enduring my first margin call highlighting the criticality of sound risk and money management which i'm proud of!
at this stage i prefer to keep my live results private, i may set up a public TE or equivalent one day...
but i am more than happy to share the graph and statistics for my live account from when i started trading KoF live on 1st January 2023 up until today,
looking back on it now, that flat then slightly down period is around the time i was pseudo managing the loss on the demo account - there was an obvious lack of focus during this time, but it looks like i brushed it off and am continuing to march forward! every month is positive this year except february which was flat
anyway, that's it, i hope that satisfies anyones interest, and i tried to make it informative to return everything i have

i have and will continue to post notable live trade wins and losses as well as my demo trades i enjoy posting so much!
and i am always open to any form of constructive instruction or interest in any of my trades, that's why i'm here!
