If you are open to personal development and you want to heal your mind/trading problems I recommend working with
Brainspotting Therapy - Developed by David Grand (PhD)
Build yourself a checklist with procedures. Most important is you need to know where and when to cut off bad trade!!!
You must know your limits. The biggest stop loss used in professional trading are 10% (Paul Tudor Jones uses them but he has the soul of a fighter)
norm is between 1 to 5% max
If you have trouble with cutting losses I recommend a friend to do it for you. Buy FX Harvest PRO 7 - transaction panel for mt4/mt5.

EU managed to stay below 1.0909 the past week and now is sitting at 1.08054 in a recovery mode waiting for the next news that could take it out of the recent boundaries. US New Home Sales, US Initial Jobless Claims, US GDP QoQ 2nd Estimate, University Michigan Sentiment Final & US Core PCE Price Index are going to be the most volatile news for the pair, the vol I expect for this pair is 95 pips and on the 4 hours chart only a close above the trendline/s could give some chances to the bulls, until that and if it happens I wait EU to drop at around 1.0715.

When we zoom out we can clearly see this has been stuck in a trading range for the past six months. Until broken an argument can be made for both side. For now it has been a case of sell the high & buy the low.

My weekend update.
All went approximately as foreseen. The underlying metric has not changed, but developed as expected. In short, the debt ceiling drama goes right up to the finish line. Well, did you expect anything less?
The strong bounce during the forum with Powell came right at the moment when he said ... that a hike at the next meeting is not necessarily required.. (7:16pm at ME time). However, later and over the weekend other FED members quickly chimed in indicating that a hike at the next meeting might be still necessary. It seems the FED is afraid that the "they will pivot soon" expectation of the market carries and conceals the potential that inflation flares up again.
That will keep the DXY well supported and will continue to weight on the EUR.
On the daily chart we see that the March 13-15 top - and now support - was holding last week.
I expect that might be still the same on Monday. Tomorrow there are almost no data at all... and I noticed lately that such days favoring the EUR. So we might have a move up to 1.0825-50 but after that the move down should continue down to 1.0733-30.
Here we have the 61.8% fibo of the recent up-move and the 23.6% of the overall up-move from that started late September last year. Both fibos fall together, so that could be a strong support point.
Later in the week the 200MA is waiting as support level at 1.0682.
But in the weekly chart we see the potential that the famous 3 black crows (in my chart red
) are forming. That would confirm the current intermediate strong $$ trend, with the potential of the month closing at the 1.0560-70 area.

For Monday, I have 3 base scenarios... 1 and 2 are bullish and depend on how strong 1.0793 area supports... The dotted line will have a resisting effect up until 1.0860 area... There I would like to see how strong rejection is, especially if it happens around London opening hour...
However, if my main support level doesn't work, price could go back to retest 1.0762 area (scenario 3)...
