Yes, also I can assess the quality of the reaction and manage positions accordingly.

I have a pending long at 1.0887. Hope it triggers. But I will leave it for today only. Looking at the daily chart is scary for bulls. Let me share a chart I shared yesterday elsewhere. 1.088 will start new long. Last try failed.

Could be End of wave two. 38.2 Retracement (green line 1.088) from upmove beginning Mar. 15th. The 38.2 retracment correlates with long uptrend.

DXY could hit 102.406 then. Could correlate.

Theorie: DXY retraces at resistance and back down. And EurUsd starts to bounce up. Thats my Plan. Good luck.

Thanks for your post. I am only going to think 1.07 when I see 1.0860 broken down.
If let's say we resume bull trend it will likely be from here or 1.0860, these are the best R:R spots.
We could still get a bounce from here before another leg down if that is the case.

If the price stays above the said price, We would be looking at another range day perhpas even tommorow. The daily trend is and remains up and the downturn below 1.11 was not a [trend] reversal.

My favourite trading book "trading in the zone" M.Douglas he addresses all those points that you so well put.
