Yes, it's only our guesses, the market doesn't care about them.
I have to admit that the current up move could be pump&dump, it's very tempting to go short. Price fluctuations could easily exceed 1.103, where probably most of the stop losses are.
Riding with trend on a bigger timeframe + taking partial profits are the 2 most important things that I have painfully learned. Thanks to partial profits you have money to cover losses and you can stay longer in the game - simple things to remember but much harder to do.

Levels for tonight.
1.10-1.0995 as support.
1.1123, 1.1153 main resistances.
10 to 15 pips is all I need to know I am wrong.
I will be trading without taking stupid risks, after all, trading news is also a legitimate form of trading when done properly.

With the interest rate increase having been broadcasted for some time now, is it foolish to believe the rate change hasn't been priced into the market already?

Have a short position. Need some hawkish FED news haha. Surely they will be hawkish, all the Central banks have been Aussie etc, inflation still high and they can not afford wage-price inflation. I get concerns on a recession but inflation the bigger problem surely.

What do you guys think? Why might they do dovish/ why might EURUSD go up?

Most of the time the technicals are before the fundamentals, the interest rate alone is not going to change the levels I trade in the short term. Now, for the longer term is a different story, I use them as background.
The rhetoric is one thing but the big players are filling orders and collecting profit at very determined levels.
We could go up tonight and tomorrow another bank fails and we go down 500 pips, but only after someone had their orders filled.
