Harmonics analysis

Daily chart
When market completes intraday harmonic targets so fast, I start looking at higher timeframes and their targets.
Fast price action upwards suggests touching of the AB=CD at 1.1145, it doesn’t mean it cannot go further, it only means that, this is a possible turning point in keeping with bearish patterns on monthly and weekly charts.

H4 chart
Here we saw 1.27 extension being hit at 1.1065 (traded accordingly) and respective bounce/ retracement (and even reversal), the reason I don’t believe upside is over yet is because, usually market completes 1.618 extensions when we see thrusting price action, which was the case last week.
That 1.618 extension on H4 stands in agreement with daily chart AB=CD at 1.1145-55 area. This is an obvious point for one to attempt to position on the short side of the market and potentially for a long time.

Where to enter long?
The answer to this question is best seen on H4 and H1 charts, personally I have entered at 1.0972, this is 32.8 fib H4 support and daily minor extension from the upside but market could also go to 1.1037 and turn down to complete an ABCD of any kind, bringing it to 1.09 area and even lower. If this is the case, I will be posting possible turning points to continue with bull run.

Conclusion:
I want to be “surfing” most swings on H1, H4 and daily. To do that I enter the market at the extremes with multiple orders and let market show the way, I don’t care long or short, what I care is to keep my drawdown under 4-5% at all times.

Meanwhile, on H1

We had divergence during Asia and therefore I am delaying selling while waiting for London opening..

First, I want to see how strong my 1.0998 resistance area performs.. Divergence could help bulls to break above it and therefore don't rush in selling spikes dear bears!

Moving stops.

Stopped out, I will enter again as long low does not get taken out.

I will consider buying at around 1.095x.
In other words, I anticipate price would get there today.

Same again, buy 1.0970 sl 50 pips

I am thinking a bit lower. Below 0966 would like to see 0937

Watching previous low if intact! After 0975 limit next 0982 and 90 will watch

Meanwhile, on H1...

It is one of those "resting" days after the drop from Friday... 1.10 area resisted well so far, but bears are hesitant because macd divergence is probably scaring sellers away..

Right now I am watching from sidelines.. Let's hope that we can have better bear momentum once NY opens.. 1.0990 is my current nearest resistance..

Ok one more leg if down if respect 0990 limit, if breaks then 1000 1st confirmation , signal 1018 to 1047 limit may test. So previous low to break for bear or breaks 1000 to bull at least now!

The bears might try on 5M;

Inflationary pressures had subsided, I am expecting markets to move on gdp related releases like Empire State Manufacturing and NFP numbers more nowadays rather than CPI or PPI numbers from now on till the elections are over in USA. I have placed my straddling order for today release as shown in attached pic.
