Sail the Grid - System without the need to analyze the chart

I now prepare new grid. Because of such a massive move i close without an exit strategy. Will come later if things let me include it.

Next grid start. I increase slightly grid space because we have ATR 14 Daily around 75 pips. Let see if next grid we can indorporate exit strategy.

Grid closed in profit.


New one will in short taken.

New grid is on the run ... ATR 14 daily is around 80 pips, so space is 80 pips.
We will wait for profit ...

... and next grid close possitive ... later in the day i make a new one.

I know that is with this big demo account not many, but you can calculate yourself what is possible if the single positions are bigger.

New grid with 104 pips space on the run. Now waiting for profit.

Grid slightly in profit. I think it is time for next step. Managing the trade in profit IF IS TIME TO DO IT.
I use this system only for more calm trading and without massive analyzing it. So if a grid is good in profit and i have no time to invest for managing i cut all out in profit.
But now we will see. Later i explain what i have done if i done this yet.

... so for the exit. In moment it is not ready for this grid, but i will explain what i wait for.
Please go for this in M1, i like to see charts in M1. If you will trade another timeframe you must calculate the following yourself. For M1 we use three EMA wit 60, 240 and 1440.

1. See if the overall is in profit.
2. Look for a EMA cross of the 60 and 240 in direction of the profit OR a consolidation of both are in place.
3. Wait for a good move to profit to seperate both EMA.
4. Place a line to the point it make sense before crossing or consolidation, this will be the point we move SL AFTER next point is happen.
5. If the slowest EMA 1440 is touching the line we move the SL, be sure all pending orders are killed and yet kill the loss. At that point we are now managing the profit.

If things going well and we have after the initial SL more chances to put SL further as i post in my points, move SL after price action to the point once SL will trigger.



I make this desicion because i do not want babysit my trades and make managing not to complicate. No massive analyzing, something that can be done also for other family member. Keep it here simple is in my mind.

One thing keep in mind, if we reach next step before we can put SL, take al out. Well done, no need for SL at that point.

... so i cut using mt4 web demo, because i can do not set SL for every position. I closed yet but normal i would have yet fixed my SL as post in previous post. I watch for another option to trade further the grid.

If I understood correctly:
grid level1) B(0.01)+S(0.01) let assume from here price move upward.
grid level2) B(0.01) is in profit and S(0.01) is in loss. Net=0.
do you close the B(0.01) and keep S(0.01) still open?
do you open more trades at this grid level? if yes, what trades?

I do not get what you ask. For more clarification. I open a buy AND a sell order immediately with market order. It is through the nature that i trigger both short behind, we have a small distance. Not relevant by such a large grid. After that i double the next step in space what the atr 14 daily told me. In last grid it is 102 pips. So New order is 102 pips in both direction. Over the intial buy order i place a new one in 102 pips. For the short order i place a new order 102 pips under the initial order. That make i max 4 times, so we have in the end 5 trades. If we start with 0.1, we have in follow 0,2 - 0,4 - 0,8 - 1,16 five trades. If the global result is positive we manage trade as give last posts. If we can not manage trade through nature of a massive move, we cut all out before reaching next step.

We place no SL! We let it run as long it takes to run in one direction one time more to build profit. SL is ONLY with the managing, NOT earlier.
