I post the EA trade as example of intraday swing trade to someone I communicate in pm, not for prove to you.
Take 15 to 30mins to execute entry, then go for a swim or meet up with friends.

This is a discussion thread, not a interactive thread.

For GU I showed the m15 adr chart with detail charts too, and wrote what I expect to happen. And it did exactly that. But I did not trade it.

For GU today, given the lack of volatility yesterday, it's likely banks may push price below dol and blue support level.

Okey, why did you not think GU would bounce at the support though?
It was a nice euraud trade, indeed, both AUD and EUR was moving down so the biggest down move would be EURAUD

Nope, no chance to bounce at support then fly up adr high. Not a good proposition.
Anyway as the day unfolds we can see clearly price fell below support and the entry is at the pullback h1 candle. Cheers

Why was it no chance that it would not just make a pullback and continue higher, like yesterday?

3 reasons.

1. If you read my earlier posts about GU, the bank target is 1.21900 which it passed a little. Objective confirmed done.
https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/...0#post14357870
2. If banks intend to take price higher they would have done that yesterday's market. They didn't.
3. Support is right above dol, muted response in early Asia market.

Actually, I think, you could have seen it coming because you price made a number of lower highs.

Interesting.
Why was the bank target 1.21900? Do you have a friend working at the bank telling you the secret information?

Does the Market have a Memory?

The market contains gaps that remained unfilled for up to 15 years, one should consider the Bankers damage it creates onto the frabic of a market.
The current price was trapped around 1.2156 created in September 2019.

Which way will it travel?

Down to the gap created last Month or back to the gap created in September 2019
Last time at the September 2019 Vacuum point, price hit the Gap 75 Times

PS. What the hell are those lines doing on my chart from a self confessed line hater

No live trades, it's too much pressure once there's this condition of trading in public eyes. I normally don't even show my trades. I can post what I see at Frankie open and perhaps write what I expect to happen thereon. I have to be fully focused and concentrate in live trading. Remember, it's that small window for me to decide and then execute entry at cheapest price. Cheers

Its a great thread when we can share ideas, give our opinions about the markets in an entertaining way without harsh judgement.

So

BW I see your point, you may be correct.

But I just see the Bankers have already labelled price rejection and its going down further ........ its doing some uptown shopping for some downtown business.

BUT WE ARE TREND FOLLOWERS

Therefore we make a call and be upfront and make it public.
THEN WE GET OUT QUICK IF WE ARE WRONG

We stay in if we are right

WE ARE TREND FOLLOWERS REMEMBER

PS.. I am not suggesting live calls here, just that a trend trader should never fear making a losing call as the one big win makes up for many bad calls.

Sold EA instead of EU for larger pips. On the same principle I wrote above. Set the tp at yesterday's adr low(closed it manually). Buy at support sell at resistance. Yes it's possible to trade intraday swing trades safely for minimum 50pips. I have nothing more to add about intraday swing trading aside what's written above. Cheers {image}

Another entry executed, stop set to be. Let the trade take care of itself.

I show this trade closer to live, traders tend to miss this opportunity at the pullback.
You can take partial half profit as scalp and leave the rest to run to profit target. Cheers

Edit - stop out at be.
