Disliked{quote} This one sentence alone is a big NO for me. I would never trade for such a company. This sentence would only lead to never ending argues. What if my system is composed of elements which they consider independent systems and thus inconsistency? This is a complete nonsenseIgnored
DislikedProgram Termination may take effect at any stage in the Program ... for all of the below reasons: Skipping between various trading systems or methods within the same trading account (which indicates inconsistency).Ignored
DislikedAnyone that is looking to trade with this firm should probably try to bring these concerns to light and give them the opportunity to amend this terrible rule before casting any stones or blacklisting them for it. They are a long-standing firm, after all, and I am not aware of many complaints thus far.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Yes, agreed. They're longstanding as you say, and come across overall as honest, good people.Ignored
Disliked{quote} 5'ers? Honest, good people? Hmm, not so sure... they are good marketeers but that's all I see so far. They've also been here before, bringing out programs with the inevitable "sting in the tail" to relieve you of your money and then to change/take the programme down again after some rightful criticism (and taking your fee). The fact that they launch programmes like "Freestyle" which was completely flawed and then they whitewash it after it was a failure and very dubiously weighted like a con does not raise a red...Ignored
Disliked{quote} MFF and FTMO (despite these late news about FTMO payout refusals). TFT is borderline (I hope their last bad reviews are from guys caught in the group trading). On the other side, Angelo (CEO) is quite an arrogant guy and I think the TFT structure follows that posture, which is not good. The remaining ones have still to prove being reliable IMO. Paying is not the only criteria (Funding Talent or TPT paid often and went down and/or has shady rules). And this includes TFF which some time ago was caught manipulating past trades nd recently is...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yep agree with all of that. Although I'm not fully convinced about FTMO trading live which should matter if you are a "funded" trader. MFF is still tracking ok for me, E8 I have never used. I have an evaluation with FT+ which is going ok although 8 CAP is shite on news days, forget about trading them if you are within an hour of news. If I get live with FT+ I hope they move brokers for live accounts.. 'Tis a tangled web we weave.Ignored
Disliked{quote} If I remember well FT+ has a trailing max loss, right ? This is something I don't like.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes it does but becomes static. I don't need to use the DD allowance+current equity to avoid further drawdown so it's not an issue for me but it's something you need to fully understand before you go with them. The no time limit offsets the trail/then static DD. Also no weekend trading on my programme which is a pain in the arse as it means I can't risk any late Thursday or Friday trading if my positions turn to swings, that's the biggest negative for me. Should have picked the experienced instead of the advanced...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I think trailing is very penalizing in a funded after a withdraw. In a normal (non trailing) prop 100K, with 6% max loss if you make 6K you can withdraw 6K and start new cycle with 100K (and max loss is 94K). In FT+ if you make the same 6K and withdraw them, then balance is 100K and max loss is also 100K (because trailed from 94 to 100K). You will be automatically violating. Even if you withdraw only 4K, you just have 2K max loss. That's why I don't like it. We have to leave our own profits in the table to accomodate some room for max loss....Ignored
Disliked{quote} Nice post, thank you. My old broker once explained why indices was b book in a very candid discussion. To cut a long story short it was toxic and LPs wouldn’t take it so they faked it… as for scalping, mine work out great after a few hours going the wrong way and marinated by the market makers so they become an investment opportunity instead A question if I may? What is in it for meta quotes with the vast number of demo accounts constantly churning over and over in the prop space, is the provision for this unlimited? I guess...Ignored
