I reckon you are correct. This one really doesn't excite does it. More steady as she goes - perhaps that's why Billy was happy with that quick breakout for small targets.
Are you looking at anything other than price?? Not that I THINK about what I THINK I see (LOL) but are you H&S building. I am purely break out of a range. Price puts me in and price takes me out.
Just interested in seeing what you are looking at Trade safe.

actually, i only look at the price and only at GU. i don't even look at the dollar index or euro.

yes, and in the current experiment (that's what i consider it) i only look at horizontal lines which are broken. later i might want to include supply&demand.

H&S, maybe its forming, but that is too much information and bias thinking for this what i am doing here;-)

Agreed - looking for patterns forming takes far too much screen time & personal interpretation ( thinking ). I am trying hard to train my self to set my rules of engagement and pull the trigger. Better yet - let an EA do that bit for me. Working on it. Will be interesting to see what Claudia comes up with.
My early bar managed the 50 but the next break long has taken it all back.

My way of using Claudia's four hour level uses horizontal support etc and a channel. I was stopped out at 23pips. However, I should, maybe, in hindsight, have waited for the 15 minute resistance horizontal, just above price before entering?
Edit: Blue lines are previous High and Low.

yes similar. what helps is i just mark where i would place my stops for longs and shorts when i was a beginner.

it is not a rocket science, indeed its very simple. so the best not to overcomplicate it.

maybe also fractals could be of a help to define the spots to draw the levels where market finds liquidity.

GU once again offered no satisfaction. I will leave that one to others to try & conquer. Perhaps Bird is on to something with his possible stop levels
Looks like the FTSE will provide the same result. ( -20 )
