It appears both pairs are stubbornly coming around now to the protruded charts given. At times money purposely behaves as it does and retailers view this casting in a stubborn fashion, not due to any technical's being entangled, because technicals suddenly become dis-informed, but yet, what you do see instead is more of a syndicated intention. This is outside of any indicator on the planet..its then given mushed and then mashed with technicals that provide nothing tojustify something only in your mind.

Overall numerics will always revert to price pressures as aforementioned. I would simplify what I'm stating inasmuch in of a sudden moment collaboratively orchestrated a snow squall appears out of nowhere, without warning or forecast. Thus completely wipes out all your understanding. It is a tactic utilized by central banks, and International Bank of Settlements. Although to participate in such blindness without extreme and rare know how...is suicide for the 99.999% of all retailers. I pin one's hopes when reading this to give everyone a rose-tinted glass...and continually to see and not only think the glass is for good and all is day and day out clear.

Hey FT

I think it would be helpful to have all of your charts/comments on one thread, you are scattered all over the place! Keep posting, and old setups could be interesting too. Maybe a journal?

Best,

Raz
Never say never.

Hey,

nice to see you back.

Remember when the Swiss central bank was supposed to protect the price of EUR/CHF from falling below 1.2? And the central bank was so generous to tell this to the public? Every retail trader and their mother was long so how was it possible that the price was completely unable to trade much higher away from that 1.2. Who was selling it down all the time and step against a central bank?

CHFJPY has traded -300 pips from entry and that trade is going on for 1 month now.

Whenever something goes public it tends to lose value. I've seen it million times. That target WILL reach, but it can trade -1000 pips against it too, before it does. No free lunch. You don't think so?

Yep,

It took 1 month and over -300pts open drawdown from entry before TP was reached. If you accept these conditions every time you trade and adjust your strategies and positions accordingly, then trading is pretty easy in the first place, isn't it

And on top of everything it took a bank fail and a global stock meltdown for this pair to trade down here.
Also, let's not forget that holding this pair overnight costs you negative carry and depending on your broker, that 30 days of holding costs you quite a big chunk of pips too.

To be fair we are in a highly volatile environment.
But you're points are valid
