Trading that kind of volume under those circumstances is just asking for trouble and could have avoided this whole issue. Better to treat this as lesson-learned and move on, in my opinion.

Disliked{quote} Hello Yavuz, No. The trades are listed in such order by MT4 because that's the order in which their closure was requested. But your server apparently processed them differently for a reason you refuse to disclose. Anyone here can read the thread and make their own opinion. Honestly, I'm tired with this and I have better things to do than to argue with a company in which I lost any trust. Apparently you don't care as you have enough other traders who don't ask difficult questions. Take care, I'm done with your companyIgnored
Disliked{quote} I pointed it earlier that I was trading aggressive on that day. It's just a style I sometime use. I know the risks and accept them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I don't have a problem losing an account and buying another one or two again. I did it many times before with other prop firms and it pays off. So I don't care they suspended my account. This is not a problem. This is not a real trading anyways. Real trading takes place on my real trading accounts with licensed and regulated brokers. You don't trade prop firms accounts....Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hello Vitore, In addition to my explanation and screenshots before, I have asked our team to provide me the time of the closes with milliseconds included since the screenshot I share only shows till seconds and they look the same for that reason. First screenshot below you can see that the trades which closed due to stoploss being hit are closed between 18:57:07.054 and 18:57:07.085. You can also see that the profitable trades are closed at 18:57:07.823 which is a bit more than 7 milliseconds AFTER your stoploss is hit. {image} The screenshot...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hello KisA, You can use any strategy you want in your trading. It doesn’t have to be the same strategy for different accounts. Sincerely, Yavuz Karadeniz Director - Customer Care www.myforexfunds.comIgnored
Disliked{quote} I got a question here. If the maximum drawdown is 12% of an account and I'm winning the evaluation phase, would the funded account be as it is for the whole time? Suppose if it's $10,000 and things gone wrong that I made it down to $9,300, then what will happen the next month. Would I get terminated for it, or the account get settled with the same money like $10,000 again, or it'll go the same way, like I'll get the same $9,300 to trade from starting of the next month. It's kind of complex but I can't understand, what if someone lose 6-7-8%...Ignored

DislikedI know, real market conditions... but - wait again - isn't it your own demo server which only simulates market conditions?Ignored
Disliked{quote}-You knew the situation and what the trading conditions were like. You also knew the rules. You also knew that trading so aggressively comes with great risk. This is not about fairness, it is about facing reality. At this point, you either believe that MFF deliberately and maliciously sabotaged your account, or, that they did not do that. If you believe that they did, then absolutely do not trade with them ever again. If you believe that they did not do that, then accept that there may not be perfect fills, execution times and matching of...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't believe anyone inside MFF would deliberately sabotage my account. But I'm not so naive to expect any fairness either, only a little transparency would come handy. From the very beginning I wanted to know WHY their internal execution completely changed the sequence of the orders and, instead of closing the profits in the same way as all other orders, the server delayed 2 orders in profit and realized losses first. Up until now nobody from MFF gave me an answer to this simple question. The so called "real market conditions" is not...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hello Vitore, As I explained above with screenshots, 2 of your profitable orders didn't close because they hit your stoploss, we closed them with 7 or 700 milliseconds after your other losing trades hit stoploss. You can find the exact timing of that in my previous message above in this forum. Why is the closing sequence is different? It is because the trades are closed in the same second. It is because metatrader doesn't list them according to the closing time difference on milliseconds. Since metatrader doesn't list them according to the...Ignored
DislikedI have a couple of queries about the extensions with MFF. If you accept the extension during phase 1 and still do not reach target can you have a free retry of the challenge at that time? Second is a similar question at phase 2. Do you get an extension option in phase 2? If so if again fail to make the target do you get a free retry. Many thanks for any assistance. maahomeIgnored
Disliked{quote} Hello maahome, You can get free retries as long as you are above the initial starting balance and if you don't have any drawdown violations in your account. That being said, you can still get a free retry after the extension you use on your phase 1 account. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to get an extension on phase 2 accounts since they are already 60 days. However, if you end up above initial starting balance without having any violations, you can get a free retry starting from phase 1. I hope this answers your questions. Sincerely,...Ignored
