yes it is extra-hyper-activity, but you could do the following;
1) expert timer = 5 for example
2) trading timer= 20 for example
3) fewer pairs
4) do not use TP, do not use SL .. make them 0.0000
4) VPS mode ..
5) i may retain old feature ... expert without dashboard or math calcs..

only ICM complains!! others do not .. for example SwissQuote suspend expert for some seconds!!

and take string 020 as an integer value 20

It seems that when the number of pairs is 28, it is necessary to reset once if the number goes below 1000, which is the guideline for it.

I have a feeling that the decimal places might be off for the cent account, so I would like to check.

Are there any sources that summarize the MCP calculation formula in a more understandable way than the following URL?
For multiple currency pairs, do you add or subtract each value or is there a need for a different calculation formula?

ANY deposit
but this expert always put orders acccording to your setting . .
for example if you have only 100 USD ... you have to choose 1 pair or two, get good entries

for one who do not understand anything min 5000 USD or USC .... O=D=50 at least ... TP must be 150 pips or higher . .
read all posts or continue trials to get accurate answer . .

Is there a quick / dirty way to test the behaviour of the EA with the desired configuration without running weeks of tests on Demo?

Or is there a lesson dedicated to the tester to help me understand better?

'Currently', the answer is NO (as far as I know).

I say 'currently' because I really hope Macd-rsi could someday make it possible for TESTER to automatically calculate and fill in the 'best' values for O, D, W, LD, FL, LI, TO and LL parameters based on current equity (or balance) for both BUY and SELL directions (my dream...). We just set the MCP value that would be comfortable for us as the most important parameter (and perhaps set the TP level too), and the TESTER would then do the rest of calculations on its own!

Presently, O, D, W, LD, FL, LI, TO and LL in the middle green box are all variables and their values can be adjusted manually by imputing your desired values in the EDIT box on the top row and watching their effects on placing orders on chart on the right hand side.

L1L2L3 reads directly from the dashboard, and so you can't change it from the TESTER page (it is inactive-grey). If you want to change L1L2L3 from current 111 configuration to say 101, or 102 etc. you need to go back to the dashboard and change it there (rather inconvenient I may say!). In some older versions, it was possible to change L1L2L3 directly in the TESTER page (this I liked more...).

At present, if I am on the EURUSD chart page for instance, and I want to test a different pair, I need to open the chart for the new pair and then add the EA to it and open a new TESTER page for it (unless there is a different solution for it that I am not aware of).

I think I'd better stop before my wish list gets too long

why don't you use buttons below the "s" column to change to the chart that you want to test?
