Pivot Trading

Currently in a few trades, including GU drawdown (which is ok, market must correct itself soon enough). Once one becomes aware of basic price movement, large moves against trade are nothing to be worried about.


CADJPY entry was because of price action at R61
USDJPY entry was because of price action at R78, admittedly I did enter early at R61 which is ok. Davits "fish net" analogy comes in handy.

Yes, I closed USDJPY way early as well......50 pips ago. Held GBPAUD until 20 pips shy of WPP and that was the right move to get out. Toughest part of trading......when you hold you givre back, when you close you miss the rest of the move. Bottom line.....profit is profit.

Yes, that pair is a real thorn in my side. On top of that, it always seems to move right after I give up and exit.

It still might work out however when you look at CAD crosses all of them are over sold which creates pressure to release. GC EC NC CJ all poised to correct therefore I am not buying CAD now
