Closing off last weeks trades. May or may not continue, I've hit the months target so I'm fine with it.

That being said, position sizes were smaller as I had other other AUD trades ongoing. I know the best option is to find the weakest currency and drill that down instead of going for multiple AUD pairs but my fundies skills are still in development.

Edit - I understand I could have made a bit more by exiting my trades at the next pivot and then reloaded at the bounce- but I feel my edge lies in just being patient and only exiting if I feel the trade idea is no longer valid, therefore I'll watch some trades go in profit, and then slightly against me and then back in my direction. Else I lose my edge by meddling too much.

this morning a trade against the rules but now a trade by the rules :-)

visible signs of a price drop:
1 adr greater than 100%,
2. distinctive pivot points, in this case PP baseline
3. in trend direction
4. PA
5. Patience
6. MM want to make money and throw long traders out, high price peaks are supposed to fake a higher price, now some long traders have to leave the market
7. lower altitudes in m30
8. support becomes resistance
then i entered the market
9. Multiple single lots at different price levels, like a fishing net

This is tricky trade that personally I would not make.Very strong up trend forming and we got ECB coming up.
I am bear on AUD
Maybe a scalping trade but wouldn't hold long

The concept of 1 directional trading I practice is solid one.Always trade in direction of bigger correction ,trend
Bigger picture this has lot more correction in store

The month of February I decided to do a little test. I will test 20 pairs + gold/silver. I start today Jan 30, 2023 (so I have a full week)

Size - 2 x 0.05
Inputs - S/R 61 - 78
TP - S/R 38
SL - S/R 138 - I'll go negative RRR - retrospect said no problem

I do not want to enter, close manually or otherwise influence the trade, if I do I will justify it.
After filling in TP or SL I will put a picture here with an explanation.

Unfortunately I can't be at the PC all day now. Based on back testing the results are interesting. We will see at the end of the month.
I understand that I can't use the potential of ADR , but the point is to test the pivot, per se.

At the same time I am looking into the possibility of making Pivots semi-automatic, not classic EA fully automatic. The rules are clearly stated here, but we'll see, there's time.
It's not a dream. Chipsa is real!

I would close EC
there is no more liquidity to push price below 45

Wait later spike above 45 like 4525+ then maybe short again. Given market can prove me wrong but this is my recommended course of action.

I am flat on EC
