see if the close is above 1.2405 today... it may break. i had it breaking earlier this week as per previous posts. it may still happen today. it may not. i'm not positioned on cable

Looks like i will be stopped, my SL may have been a better entry, zoomed in for my entry, likely to give those two pips back.

Cable 3 or so off daily low.

Waiting for a 1m long signal since 0875.. nothing yet, That rise to 1.09 may be all she has for now. I thought it would reach 1.092x again to short the tl. it hasn't retested 0850 or 35 yet. The last outside move was up on the day. Pa is till above 1.0835. Its still bullish to me, with sideways movement. It may test 0835. I'm not trading in the middle 45 pips from the high and 45 pips from 0835. Just to get chopped up. Stops have to be outside that range. Making the 50/50 R/R suck on a new trade.

That day candle that made that HH. Has a LL when it went below 0850 last h.. Its risen since. But that drop opened a test closer to 1.0835 too. If it does run back down. Below 1.0835 would be another LL since the high. A 2x move down would target 1.0715. The algo on the week at 1.0710/slip. This has a potential drop to test 1.07. If 1.0835 dont hold.

Of course 1.0835 is still that large support. There is no LL until it makes it. The trend is up. If this was to happen Tuesday's close below/above 1.0835. It could have more implications. Today being a Friday, after closing above 1.0835 last week. Could also have some evidence of a direction. The only path for bears is through 1.0835 to start. W/o it, there is no "start". A "start" needs to be followed with large closes. The same thing with 1.07/1.0694. 1.1186 will be on the horizon if bears are unable to take these. The trend is up.

My 1m turned bullish. 5m through 4h are red. I thought it would grind closer to 1.0835.. It went to 1.0537x.. I could take a long on the 1min. I was hoping to have the smaller stop with a larger trade. I will take a chance it settles back closer to 1.0835..

non commercial are heavier longs. The close was above 1.0835. A close above it Tuesday should strengthen 1.0835 support. A close Tuesday above 1.0887 helps bulls more. Month average range helped contain the bulls. After Tues is a new month with a new average range. Month average range is about 395 pips. That could easily put 1.1186/slip in the possibilities next month.

January ATR is 448.0 pips (1.09288-1.04808)...monthly average over past 55 months is 403.7 pips...

Partition theory - minimum retracement for 448.0 pips is 151.0 pips = 1.07778 (1.09288-0.01510)...any January close above 1.07778 means a bullish monthly close...

Partition theory - minimum retracement for 1393.6 pips (1.09288-0.95352) is 518.1 pips = 1.04107 (1.09288-0.05181)...any PA above 1.04107 means a bullish PA...

For current high at 1.09288, I bet for 1.04107/slip before 1.1186/slip...

If the PA will climb 100 pips more at 1.10288, then partition theory - minimum retracement for 1493.6 pips (1.10288-0.95352) is 551.4 pips = 1.04774 (1.10288-0.05514)...for further high at 1.10288, I bet for 1.04774/slip before 1.1186/slip...

It closed above 1.0835. It did miss closing above 1.0887. That bothered me some. The month close +- 1.0835 will add to my bias. If Tuesday is above 1.0887 that's a larger and a week bias. Since it did not close above 1.0387. That leaves room for 1.0835 tested. With the month still open it could go to 1.07/1.0710 etc. -1.07/1.0694 closed, would be pretty bearish to me. Its not looking that way atm. I lean toward bullish unless those bear goals are met. If the bears come and take out 1.07, I think 1.009x/slip would come.
The week close dont mean so much today so close to the month's ending.
