but buyers failed continue the tempo so sellers take some upperhand , and without better support and better compensation for their failure buyer unnecessarily providing volatilities in the market ! price may hit 0887 as pullback and too early , may new lows next too . lets see .

breaks limit 0871 , likely next limit goes to 0864 , so watching for it ,if it to jump further should above the limit 0864.
so new top over limit 0864 , now new limit at 0870 , breaks likely over the bull try for now most probable , bear target be below 0851. waiting !

The supply zone is holding, despite the fact that price created a solid demand zone. Sellers displayed power let's see if they can still hold that level. Buyers came with a huge volatile bar, let see if the supply zone hold. I still wouldn't take sells because there is no safe place for a stop loss. Remember that if you are going to risk your capital, you atleast want the major players to back you up. The ideal sell would have been where I placed the red around. I would like to bring your attention to the beauty in which price is respecting the pitchfork lines, a tool that's very simple, yet extremely power, producing zero lag.

Where do we stand this week:
-watch out for ifo german sentiment tmrw, used to turn out better than forecast most of recent months.

charts ichimoku with Rsi and fib

-D1 (upper chart) had an impressively long run and appears overbought indicating weakening of bullish trend. last weeks COT report confirms decrease in non commercial long positions

- W1 (lower chart) suggests kumo (red hatched area) resistance at current Levels with bullish continuation if close above, fib 61 appears a bit far up. Remainin S and R levels in green and red.

Daily closeat 0887. Bull still has upper hand but does not managed to close above 0887.

I want to share a technique known as Dynamic Frequency Breakout and it is used to anticipate effectively when price will change direction. Observe how there is a black line on the tip of wick of the candles going up. You can see that on some occasions price came to test these lines but it didnt close below. Look at the bottom how we identified the end of the bearish movement and when ´price closed above, the market flipped bullish. I hope these can help, this technique is based on statistical physics and statistics, more specifically on the concept of frequency. Look right now how the red candle is actually testing the line. Note: this technique only works when he market is trending or is not displaying chaotic moves, known also as Brownian motion.

Pushing through the FIB Resistance level (on EURUSD chart would be around 1.0900), if it goes through next step is test on 1.0930. If it rejects then we know what to do
