Checking the charts in comfort, just before sleep as to what a naughty week has started!! Extreme difficult to analyse situation though plainly it tested, retested 3 more times the pullback and continue bear, fighting at the highest level but from daily tf and weekly though formed an expanding triangle /megaphone as bearish and still very difficult weekly may close below 0699 or 0642 as engulfing or so!! So more to carefull to keep profits so far. Apparent pa daily close as such. At least 0760 still intact. In smaller tf limit up for down at 0813, breaks then likely ho up above 0829 .Take care

Hello friends, even though i didn't trade today I believe it's interesting to mention the activity today with all the crazy moves. First, big players use these moments as an excuse to execute their massive positions and take advantage of breakout traders, treadline traders and anybody else who is not versed in supply and demand.

From 0 to 2 we see price respect a supply zone, and on number 3 price made a lower low at the same time taking out liquidity. Because of these facts, 0 and 2 can be rendered solid structure therefore sellers have now proven to be stronger than buyers.

We all know the motion of the market is very chaotic but look closely at numbers 3 to 4. The market suspiciously makes perfect higher highs and candles seem to be displaying organized behavior, this is known as the von restorff effect in psychology. This is where we detect the fingerprint of the market makers, inducing "retail" traders at the break of the highs.

Price then comes down and goes up in this strange almost perfect form, which then pokes the top, and everybody going long got their orders triggered hoping they can ride with the trend, nonetheless in this moment there is an imbalance in supply and demand, giving the market makers and opportunity to sneak in their massive positions. Retail traders are confused and reverse phychology effect comes in because they are unsure of the direction of the market. The WAsh line is precisely the place where the manipulation took place.

After everybody realizes the market is going down, everybody shorts the market thus helping the market makers push down price, this is known as the bandwagon effect.

I would like to bring your attention how the original pitchfork, after being extrapalated, also catches the precise moment when price wicked up and washed out everybody going long in number 4.

We may get a chance to enter if price reaches back up to the wash line.

Just wanted to share this in a humble way, remember that supply and demand is what dictates the movement of the markets so learning it is key. And Makret makers are the people that in reality make massive profits, we just aim for a spec of dust......

Here we have a demonstration of contexual trading, where multiple techniques intersect in one single point in time, when momentarily the chaotic motion of the market is suspended and a high degree of order can be found. Stop loss is below the fractal bar, if the idea is correct price has absolutely nothing to do below the fractal bar, and were are also on a major demand zone. Risk reward is aproximately 1 to 5. We risk a minor amount for potentially nice profits.

Techniques been employed are the following:
Momentum divergence (rsi)
Fractal bar, pressure bar
Major Demand zone
Standard pitchfork ( seller exhastion point)
Modified schiff pitchfork (seller exhastion of energy)
Sloped frequency line (validation)
Dynamic frequency breakout
38 fibonacci level

Ok to see it, one leg down over, so likely go up leg at least 0829 + before next leg down try again. Carefull as range applitude increased, so sl and tp adjust!!

Let just say I plan to trade London (or Frankfurt), then the "day" set-up typically begins two hours prior to market open: 6-8am London or 7-9am Central European Time. We're now an hour ahead of that two hours. The problem is, I'm not at a dealer desk, and I don't have access to humongously large liquid capital to do what dealers do. So, I have to tweak my set-up quite a bit.

Now, I'm not saying this set-up on my chart will turn out to be true. It's just one of many scenario at play here. Lagarde or Powell could come on stage giving a speech, saying something, and everything will thrown into disarray.

1/ I don't trade anything shorter than H1 time frame, so I'll stick to one hour chart on EURUSD. In the long run, I'm still bullish on this pair. But, I can also hold bearish short-term sentiment while price is waiting for next macro event and trigger.

2/ I drew a Fib retrace from prior low at 1.048, up to recent high at 1.087. Price had already retraced by 23% from (suppose, recent) peak. Now, if I were to go short, I'll aim at targets of 38%, 50% and 61%. What I would normally do, if I go short, is to add another trade when the two SMAs are about to intersect, probably 4 to 6 hours before that happen, and another short trade, at 4 hours after they crossed over.

The 1.048 level is where I might be entering long again. I'll just wait for the price to dip, rather than me going short all the way down. It's just my preference. That doesn't mean short selling is to be avoided. It's still profitable, either way.

Like I said, just ignore my RSI indicator. It's just there for decoration.

This is a Non Directional Move(sideways trend) and can end round about 1.09325.

I stay short until price reaches 1.0750 area... or as long as M30 candles don't close above 1.0815...

so waiting for all good and still very strong supports like 0770/64/60 fail ! then also standard bull support like 0736/o686/0669 may come forwards ! anyway till strong bull fail will play all long , after fails with both ways , only short in weak bull time , below 0669. take care
