one way to filter to avoid early entry is to add bollinger band. Avoid entering when bb is opening in opposite direction.

firstly, have you watched any of the KoF Video's on youtube ?
this is a countertrend strategy which majority of retail traders have a hard time due to the fact they have learned Trend Following strategies. They cannot get their head around its the opposite thing to do - countertrend.
thirdly, every Indicator or EA is not a guarantee in an Human Emotional Forex Market, humans are not even born perfect - factoid.
Fourthly, you must learn the market basics by watching KoF Video's, practice on a small demo account and learn to judge for yourself what the market is doing and how to be proactive or react to the data. Your Balance dictates your entry criteria and you as a learned Trader manages the position, no one else.
This Industry has no Standards, there is no best practice but loads of opinions, learn and develop yours.
I personally open a small initial position and wait, wait and when in profit I will add if my Balance allows, my wifes account which I screenprint I usually do not but my main account I will add many positions.

I find the tickvolume indicator better ... + I like the the fact that you see Buy and Sell volume.
I keep them both on the chart for now to test it further.

kof has a good idea but from my point of view a disastrous monetary management. In his graphs a more appropriate management was seen, so I asked you to have a more objective vision of his management, because here you can see many captures of perfect scenarios But where is the system really seen in bad scenarios, because that is where there should be an objective plan. may I ask how many video's have you watched to make your conclusion statement ?
I have watched (read my earlier posts) every video twice, I have picked up all his bad and good vibrations and put them into a system that fits my style. Have you done the same thing ?
I feel he is over 95% efficient in his trading style and follow him every week, I know of no other Trader including myself whom is better but I try daily to improve myself.
I learn by Doing, but I am a retired man who is dedicated to trading....
I have tried to explain my methodology within this stream daily but most people only see Profit or Loss.
