If your account manager doesn't take the time to answer you, it's probably not a good sign (typical first red flag)

You’re right, it can be frustrating if such brokers don’t attend to their clients…. That made me quite glad with my broker aaafx and fxpro - their support always attends me whenever I’m in doubt.
