It seems like if the sentiment is in favor of lets say bullish, and there's bearish news, but the market was already over sold, retail traders would sell, thinking it would go down, not realizing they are providing liquidity for the bulls?

Hummm. I guess you are right!!! - Your explanation fits right compels me to take a bird's eye view of the whole forex market. You summed it right! I guess i need to take a step back and think through about what my style is and/or what it should be.

Yeah, I need to learn to control my nerves/urges and become more disciplined. Believe me I am constantly trying - hopefully I'll get there soon. I at least ignored the second news of the day and stayed on the sideline - trying - baby steps...
