I wish today we say our good byes to 1.0603 (monthly s/r), that would be early Christmas in bear town... Just a wish though..

*Whatever the outcome might be, today, all day, I will try to sell spikes and pullbacks as high as I can.. (as long as we are below 1.0620)

Meanwhile, on H4...

Can bears slice through my main support: 1.0582 area? Time will tell...

If yes: we could quickly drop to 1.0538 area..
If no: we go back up to retest 1.0631 area.. (maybe even 1.0645 with momentum)

Will we see a breakout of the current range before the end of the week?

hmmm last trading day before Christmas, less people trading so if there is a breakout it might be a fast slide or spike.

my preference will be to the south but let see.

I am delaying selling because price is violating 1.0620... I don't rush!

Edit: back to selling as soon as M1 candles closed below 1.0618..

1.0619 area resisted well (it would be good if candles hadn't violated my level a little bit but is well, I could join bears in time)

Next bottleneck for bears sits around 1.0604.. Bears must keep price at least below 1.0612 for continuation... Let's see..

Let's take a look at what's probably the final chart on EURUSD that I'll post here for 2022.

Price is descending. Test of 1.073 high got rejected. We're back down to test 1.05, and possibly 1.02 in Jan '23. On Daily time chart, 200-SMA and 50-SMA are expected to intersect, if not by year end, then in Jan '23. Short term bearish is likely.

See you in mid-Jan '23 for the US CPI. I may pop in briefly for non-farm, but I won't be trading the ISMs. Have a Happy Christmas, if you're celebrating. Happy holidays to all. Take care. Trade safe. Stay safe.

We didn't saw the lows, the price closed to many times above 0602 and now is trying to reach 0637.

Low liqudity markets can have two effects. One is lack of volatility because none wants to participate and the price just goes up and down some pips and second very big spikes because the banks can move the price very fast and far because of the upsence of traders who sit aside so no resistance or support can hold the price that will keep falling or rising until it finds the right piece of orders to stop.
