Sell pressure (ceiling) sits now at 1.0717 to be precise..

Wake me up when we arrive at 1.0673 area... That's where I will try to buy again...

Popping by quickly to see how everyone is doing A lot of traders will try to get in around here June's very important high wicks level + decent average levels of retracement IF this long-term bear get's the ball back, or at least gets a ball that is not deflated (both technically and figuratively speaking )

Got my eyes on the DXY might want to hit 103.7 to 103.8 short term

For now, I myself only have sell limits >.0774 (June High+ in daily average retracementEnd levels IF 1D bears do ever take it back )

and sell stops <.0606 from >.07 return(see beginning June high wicks prior to down move to breakout).

So I was hoping to get Friday off but it seems like we might get one of the two scenarios.

And while I am waiting, intraday volatility setup, Buy stop 0707 SL30 TP at least 60

watching pa closely whenever get time. 0735 enough but not enough as end of bull wave running . waiting for one wave up still over limit down 0667 .if breaks this limit then may ready for more correction !

Lagarde finally said ECB is not pivoting.

Today's ECB presser had really exceeded my expectations. If I counted correctly, Lagarde repeated this statement at least five six seven times now.

"...based on the substantial upward revision to the inflation outlook, ECB expects to raise rates further."
"... interest rates will still have to rise significantly and at a steady pace to reach levels that are sufficiently restrictive, while keeping them at restrictive levels over time to ensure a timely return of inflation to the 2% medium-term target. "

QT was the trigger for bullish Euro moves today. Mention of balance sheet normalisation, €15bn asset reduction, not reinvesting maturing securities did that trick.

Price on EURUSD did touch the 61% Fib, and got rejected right away. Now that the two SMAs are expected to intersect, on daily chart, I expect a more range bound trading in coming days, i.e. 1.02 to 1.07. We'll have Euro area data tomorrow, PMI and HICP inflation. Those should generate some final volatility before markets go on for an extended holiday. See you tomorrow.

Why the gap between 0650 and 06? see 30min probable lows of range, just in case it starts to range from there which, for now, in my view, is just as probable as bears steal the day completely, at last. So, simple answer, because if it starts to range, don't want to get caught selling in the low of a Ranging Heaven !

I've been short. First order got stopped out for a 20 pip loss.

Current short doing well. I will likely keep this short open for awhile as I believe that DXY is going to find some traction.
