Some good news today try keep it a bit . I took the 20 while it was on offer.

Late trades :-( But the account shows a higher DD (which is my fault) so I have to start reducing

Also beefed the account up. 1k rather then 100, allows me more ammo. Still using 0.01's after a first 0.02 max few pairs.

Since start, of course % will be odd as i went from 100 dollar account topped up to 1k.

Bal being 1137 USD. I set leverage to 100:1 could go upto 500:1 but I assumed 100:1 would be more appropriate.

This stage just trying to catch 61 and above to scalp to the next piv.

Goals to stick to 0.02 as first trade and then 0.01 from then on. Max 1 or 2 pairs on the go at once. SL or hedge above 100 (30 odd pips above in head to cover spikes).

Account exposure 1k upto 100k in the past.

-Using to much risk to recovery trades
Listened to Trading in the Zone: Master the Market with Confidence, Discipline, and a Winning Attitude (audible), applying methods to re-write belief's.
-News need to work on fundamentals. I keep calendars open so am aware of red red.

Thankfully got out of this EUR short before the big Euro events at lunchtime. Absolute rocketship after Lagarde's comments on the 50 bps rises...

Pays to check the calendar on a Sunday and mark off vital events to negate unexpected loses and protect capital especially if like myself you can't monitor the market all day.

This thread is definitely a a learning curve for me....
