if sweep asian high and form set up.
It can break short term high but not ITH at right side.
and there is ITL too , for now is holding.
waiting NY 8:30 am - 9:30 am start.

u can use Bookmap to spot the liqudity.

I dont see any relevant using a timeframe to assume the "liquidity"
