chart has changed this is the new set up now i wait until we get a retrace, do not want to be selling or buying at a premium price so patience is required on every trade.

Hi Alex

just had a quick look at your charts, they had nice long tails at the high liquidity level and MA's on Hourly are suggesting down, i knew i was counter trend on mine even thought it is not as defined as the E/U hourly so i was always going to protect quickly, though it was going into the highs of the liquidity area in hourly but then as pointed out unexpected new was released from BOE.

good you caught some nice pips on that move and read the charts correctly. me i am sitting here watching a falling knife for now, that is trading for us.

I felt the buyers coming at the lows then whoosh to that MA. BTW your H1 candle does not look like mine (pepperstone too) I have no nice tail on mine but m5 gave it all away. I thought it may just fill the imbalance TBH.

I used to hate V tops - but thanks to you I understand them a bit - always learning. Also we have had a few of these on eurusd recently so some exposure to them.

i am glad you pointed this out.. 'BTW your H1 candle does not look like mine (pepperstone too) I have no nice tail on mine'.

this is why i do not 'read' the 'candles' like most others, and try not to call things by their mainstream names anymore generally, if people are reading candles the traditional way then everybody's read will be different, so that invalidates how things are 'supposed' to work, i always said the candles are the property of the MM's after reading fti's thread many years ago, it is just another tool they use against us, just like all the info on trading they provide and endorse to us when we first start trading. the only way to beat them is too learn how they really work the market to their advantage then you see what they are doing most of the time and where the bigger orders are most likely to be so we can us their MO to our advantage with a little thought and a lot of patience.

Cheers - will need to keep an eye on that - good tip. Lucky I was watching m5 PA and it was ok.

Yup moved nice in sync first thing then big retrace around news and feels like so is buying. Not as nice as cable. Thanks for charts.

someone is buying up an awful lot of USD atm, the other currencies are just getting overrun whenever buyers enter.
