When DXY reached 102.94, EU should have gone to 0.9729 Because inverse parities. Damn banks are playing games again. My daily forecast is bearish.

I want you to focus on 5 Minutes as an intraday level. 0.98019 may be the key level. These regions seem to be suitable places to look for short positions.

Will bulls rise above 0.9812? We may not find out if the bears drop the price below 0.9755. Vol is 82 pips.

The bounce came after the touch of the 50% fibo from the 0.9634 to 0.9875 rise I mentioned yesterday. It could travel down to 0.9726 but news from China and its covid policy helped it rise here at around 0.8790. I am also watching the weekly price action and EU is now just some pips shy below the half of the weekly range at 0.9798. What more could make it rise! Maybe it drops again from the weekly R1, but it may rise also to around 0.9840.

Started well but now that: EUR Current Account -26.3B -20.3B -19.9B slowed it down. Also I am looking at 0.9772 support to see signs of holding of this intraday move.

0.9700 is in the other side a big one too - ping pong.

Meanwhile, on M30...

  1. We have a supportive buffer around 0.97755 and it looks like bulls are slowly preparing to retest nearest H4 resistance, currently somewhere around 0.9811 area!
  2. I keep buying dips until this retest phase is properly over!

Support zone at 0.975
However, if there is an hourly close below 0.975, there is a relatively high chance that EUR/USD will fall back to the USD 0.970 level.

Quick Daily Outlook

  1. With 0.9859 area being the main resistance, sellers are keeping the overall climate bearish!
  2. My nearest bear target sits around 0.9683, but it probably will take time until we get there.
  3. So far, the bearish response to the strong Monday candle is weak and hesitant. That could be a sign of lurking bull power and therefore I prefer to trade mixed on smaller timeframes: I keep buying significant dips, but I also will try to sell fading rallies!
  4. I also have one intraday resistance level before main resistance, roughly around 0.9809... It also relates with H4 resistance level 0.9811 and therefore beware!
  5. Bears have to push price below 0.9772 for continuation!

I see drop below 0.9772 but if it isn't enough then it can quick bounce up again.

What might cause a drop! I am am both fundamental and technical trader and I don't suggest fishing at highs, but it can be profitable some times. Waiting but probable a bounce up again.
