yea , the news good , but still market did opposite for that..but yea..in long term as you said its planning to trap the bulls , but for me the short term is kinda bullish which is dominated by some random money

im anticipating the max down they might make at this moment would be 0.9600 from the current point...then the bulls will show up (or) bulls might pop up now make it to the 0.986 ish area

Quick Daily Outlook

Okay folks, before I call it a day and week, here are my quick thoughts for Monday:

  1. The most recent drop below my channel's median line caused buyers to rush in to retest 0.9860 area... For this week bulls were not able to do that but they have tried and caused lots of volatility. I hope you all survived the roller coaster fun.
  2. Next week, I want to see how well 0.9717 area acts as support. If I see bullish signs, I might switch back to buying dips.
  3. For now, momentum seems to be dimming, so I don't have the will to guess what's next. But you might use the chart to figure what could be next.. I leave that to you....

What happened, did the bulls lost their power? They seemed more strong, but now they have lost their grip at 0.9769. They soon must surpass it or face the consequences.

0.9700 should offer good support, but the bears may take over sooner from what we can expect and drop EU below 0.9600 next week.

the change in decision is because..i was expected a up move but then it still been into range ,which is the previous sell rally and the present range making a base and we can expect another sell rally toward the 0.96600 area...

The price this week closed above the previous Monthly S2 level but below this Month's pivot point performing also less pips than the forecasted (-7 pips) and this could only mean one thing for me - the bulls where too weak to push up further. The price dropped two times, one from 0.9809 and the second time and more strong from 0.9800 meaning that this zone now is do or die for the bulls.

Now the next week that starts from Monday the bears must break below the trendline (see 4 hours chart) to reach again at the lower zone above 0.9634 for a test. The bulls must break with power above 0.9809 and the monthly pivot so they can at least see the price near 0.9900.

The 50 Daily ma and the red trendline could offer another selling opportunity for the bears but a close above the red downward trendline and 1.0000 could lead the bulls to the next resistance at R2 Monthly level and the 100 ma (see daily chart).

The volatility can reach 174 pips this week and above. In the news Housing data will go out from the US and I will also look for the European and German ZEW sentiment.

bears didn't make a new low on the weekly chart this week either, which might indicate that there will be a relief rally soon
