Hi Ata, are you sure 0.9705 will be seen once again?i have my underwater shorts and wanna cut lose around your level but this crazy moving up makes me think that we might no seeing that figure. Sorry no mean to underestimate , but this bullish PA is unusual to me.

This was a PERFECT example of a bear market "rip your face off" rally.

I'm expecting further USD weakness until 111.00 area = 0.99 to 0.9920ish region where I will bail (assuming it gets that high).

Today was a set-up for something much bigger yet to come...it's NOT the bottom...there was no capitulation...YET!

Tomorrow we will dump even harder probably to the 0.93500 zone(the lower band of the obvious channel on daily).

Look at weekly, last week closed as a pin bar indicating bear power . We took out the low of last week giving bears upper hand, for me all these are initial gragra(slang).

The goal of the current week is to take out the lows of last month. Besides supply is about forming on 4hrs. The reason we got the bounce up was because price tested weekly first support, Without hitting weekly pivot(0.98221,that's if we can reach it) which will act as resistance.

Another thing to note is that, daily is printing bull bear bull bear candle and tomorrow is bear's turn

No, I am not sure... One thing I am sure is that it is risky to stay short with this kind of strong bull momentum. Slow down is not in sight yet, so trade accordingly.

to what extent do you evaluate the entry and exit points and at what price is sl suitable for this idea?

I have already entered at 0.97900. I usually use an sl of 50 pips to 100 pips depending on the situation. I will wait till end of day to exit as I expect a downpour tomorrow as explained above

S/R levels for the next 9 hours or so... 0.9730 is the nearest potential bouncing spot...

Nearest targets are sitting at 0.9831 and 0.9882...

I am calling it a day... Trade safe

EURUSD is consolidating its gains and looking for direction. It might break above the weekly pivot and move some pips above towards the 4H 200 SMA. Below 0.9763 0.9700/30 should support. Vol is 82 pips. Good luck!
