Good day. As we can see on this 15 min chart from the ma's EU is in a range and needs to break either the low at 0.9673 or the high at 0.9775 to continue trending. The trend is bearish in higher timeframes and shorts should be favored at strategical spots.

I watch for todays numbers - US PPI. If, that turns to be out very bad then it may signal a drop in tomorrows US CPI too. I still don't think that the bulls can reach that high too (01xx). The most I see is 0.9950 for this week and then a drop down again.

Also if, the numbers are good then we'll see a drop below 0.9673 so the first scenario will not count and we may even see the price falling below 0.9540.

Also the bulls should feel overwhelmed here around 0.9700, because of the energy crisis in Europe. It will be a tough winter ahead.

Of course it's a work in progress. If pa gives different signals, i have to loose my plan.
I did choose this sweetspot because the last retracement hast been bigger too and the area is untested. I expect a lot of liquidity and orders above 1.0 and even more above 1.0050.
As always, i don't fall in love with my trading plan.

you're right, day by day if EU politicians do not want remove sanctions against russia, then they will more suffer. i can't imagine how it will last. but at least it gives us description that EU will drop further if they don't find any solutions of this issue.

The war in Ukraine is getting worse so we will see more cycles of sanctions at the Russians.
