That pipeline is done for.
The repair cost and also the tech required to fixed it.
In then end it looks like the Russians sent a PIG down the line to destroy it.
There is a new pipeline that has come on line from Norway
Funny how this comes on line just as the Nordstream is wrecked

Euro zone inflation hit a new record high of 10% in September, Eurostat data showed on Friday, up from 9.1% in August and above consensus projections of 9.7%.
Energy prices rose 40.8% year-on-year, up from 38.6% in August, followed by food, alcohol and tobacco at 11.8%, up from 10.6% last month.
The reading showed price increases broadening out from volatile food and energy prices into nearly all segments of the 19-member bloc’s economy.

This will put more pressure on the EUR

Hmmm, this currency is truly hopeless... the magnet that sits @ around 0.85 is really strong. Unless there is a substantial change in fundamentals, there is no hope for the €/$ to rise substantially. The US economy still seems to be in a relatively good shape while EU is struggling with... everything she has set upon herself.
