However yours is "bickering", and this is prohibited by the FF CoC.

This is a free Forum and I can post my opinions (as long as they don't offend anyone) , and that doesn't mean being a troll.

You don't like what I say or my thread, which is fine your perogative. I have never claimed that the system I'm using is the "Holy Grail" just use it and all your problems trading will be solved. I have nver asked for money or tried to promote anything, I have stated the system itself is not the most important part of trading, that understanding what makes you comfortable, money management and an understanding of price action are much more valuable. Most people will not succeed at day trading because lack of discipline.
I don't need to live up to what you say I need to do, because in the scheme of things your opinions not important to me. My opinion should not be of any consequence to you either.
Here I show a system I use now, eventually I'll get tired of this system and start looking for another to use. Why? Because that's what I like about trading and it helps me refocus. I've always told people to adapt my systems to suit them or if that doesn't work to find one they are comfortable using and go with that. Over time I've helped some people move to being profitable and truthfully, they have all moved on to trading their own systems. Which is the way it shoukl be.
So if you don't like this thread fine. I have no problem with that, I've looked at plenty of threads I didn't like either. But I just say not for me and move on.
Hopefully you find what you are looking for in trading.
Over my life there have been times when people thought I was an idiot. Over time for the most part I proved them wrong. But there were also times I was an idiot. That's life you win some and you lose some you just try to make the wins bigger than the losses. Just like trading. Money mangement is super important in trading and risk management is super important in life.

I wasn't aware that rocky was selling anything. If so, then report him to the FF mods and they can then judge this thread to see if you are correct or if you are the one blowing smoke and then either move this thread to the commercial section of FF or remove you from FF entirely.

Of all the threads on FF, why don't you come clean and tell us why this is the one that has your girdle cinched so tight? Please, do tell us why this and only this thread is where you choose to troll.

If you didn't mean to accuse rocky of selling something, then you should choose your words more carefully. And your ad hominem insults really show us your character rather than landing any blows on me. "Drunk?" "Can't read English?" "out of your hole?" This is how someone with no real purpose and no real reason for trolling defends himself: By insulting others rather than defending his own poor behavior.

You still didn't answer the question that deserves an answer: Why is it of all the forums on FF, this one in particular is the one you choose to troll?

You are the one who is pathetic. This has been one of the least controversial threads on FF and yet here you are, popping in with a new alias and setting on the attack for no apparent reason at all other than you must enjoy it.

One quick question the Adx seems to not dip below the 25 line very often or for very long unlike Rocky's template. I have tried toying with period size and Renko brick size, neither of which seems to work. It seems lke the best course is to use a trigger line of 35 instead of the 25. any thoughts about how valid this might be?

Haven't been trading for a few days, getting ready for a trip to Mexico City. Will be gone for 2 weeks Oct. 3 and back home the 16th. My MIL is having Shoulder replacement surgery she's needed for awhile now. I'm sure I'll do some trading while I'm away, but we'll see.

First of all big thank you to rocky for being kind & generous to share the information and members contributing to the thread.
I use mt4 and have been trying to use/copy same settings but have an issue with renko generator to repaint i.e. when i leave it at 1min chart and then i change to say 5min and back to 1min the renko's change and when it changes it different/adjusted based on last candles. Does anyone have had this issue? If yes, what has helped? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
I am in Australia, and I am not sure if NT is offered here in Aus but will have a look meanwhile..

yes it is normal on mt4. This is caused by the fact that the live data is tick and the saved is not. That's why backtesting is a bit more complicated. An option for backtesting is to download historical tick data. Here on FF there are threads about that.

Short ES at 3756, target is 3713 which is near the top of the gap from yesterday on the regular session chart. Stop was and is 2 points. That is 8 ticks of risk for possible 172 ticks reward.

Sitting in the hospital, while my wife is with DRs. and her Mom. Surgery went well and she has a new shoulder. Getting therapy now. Mexico has some absolutely wonderful Drs. and Hospitals.
Took 2 trades today run up then run back down, pretty straight forward stuff
